These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Inner Spirit website and to your purchase, access, or participation in Inner Spirit courses, programs, digital materials, and live sessions, including Finding Room for Something New. By purchasing or participating in an Inner Spirit offering, you agree to these Terms.
Age Requirement
Inner Spirit offerings are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our courses, programs, or live sessions.
Educational & Self-Reflection Purposes
Inner Spirit content, including courses, videos, worksheets, image cards, tarot, astrology, live Q&A sessions, and other materials, is provided for educational, informational, and self-reflection purposes only.
Inner Spirit and Mary Sue do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, counseling, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services. Participation in an Inner Spirit offering does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, financial-advisor-client, or other professional relationship.
Nothing provided through Inner Spirit is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or provide professional advice regarding any physical, mental, emotional, medical, legal, financial, or other condition or circumstance.
If you need professional advice or assistance, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Your Free Will & Personal Responsibility
You retain your own free will, judgment, and decision-making authority at all times.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use anything you encounter through Inner Spirit. Nothing in our courses, live sessions, tarot or astrology discussions, worksheets, image cards, or other materials should be interpreted as an instruction to make or avoid any particular medical, mental-health, relationship, financial, legal, employment, or other significant life decision.
You are responsible for your own choices, actions, well-being, and results.
Tarot, astrology, intuition, image cards, and similar tools are used as tools for exploration and self-reflection. They are not guarantees of future events and are not substitutes for professional advice.
No Guarantee of Results
Every person and every situation is different. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result, outcome, personal change, financial result, relationship outcome, or other result from participating in an Inner Spirit offering.
Your experience will depend on many factors, including your own circumstances, choices, participation, and actions.
Purchases & Payments
Prices and payment terms are shown at the time of purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any applicable taxes or charges associated with your purchase.
Payments may be processed by Kajabi and third-party payment processors. Their separate terms and privacy policies may also apply.
7-Day Refund Policy
You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to decide whether your purchase is right for you.
To request a refund, email marysue@innerspirittarot.com within that 7-day period. After the 7-day refund period has passed, purchases are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.
If a refund is issued, your access to the course and related materials may be terminated, and you agree to discontinue use of any downloaded course materials.
Inability to attend a live Q&A session is not grounds for a refund. Live Q&A sessions are an optional bonus and recordings will be made available as described below.
Live Q&A Pilot Bonus
The live Q&A sessions offered with Finding Room for Something New are a special pilot bonus available to participants who enroll on or before September 30, 2026.
The currently scheduled sessions are:
Thursday, October 8, 2026 — 11:00 AM ET
Tuesday, October 13, 2026 — 7:00 PM ET
Saturday, October 24, 2026 — 12:00 PM ET
Session dates or times may occasionally need to change because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If that happens, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and an alternate opportunity.
Recordings of the live Q&A sessions are expected to remain available to pilot participants through October 31, 2026.
Recording of Live Sessions
Live group sessions may be recorded.
By speaking, appearing on camera, posting in the session chat, or otherwise actively participating in a recorded session, you understand that your contribution may appear in the recording made available to other pilot participants.
If you do not wish to appear in a recording, you may keep your camera off and refrain from speaking or sharing identifying information during the recorded session.
Please do not disclose information during a group session that you consider confidential, highly sensitive, or private. Because these are group sessions, Inner Spirit cannot guarantee confidentiality among participants.
Participants may not independently record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share live sessions or their recordings.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all Inner Spirit course materials — including videos, worksheets, Thinking Pages, image cards, written materials, graphics, recordings, exercises, and other content — are owned by or licensed to Inner Spirit and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase gives you a limited license to use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, publish, upload, teach from, modify for resale, share login credentials for, or otherwise commercially exploit Inner Spirit materials without written permission.
Respectful Participation
Participants in live or community spaces are expected to interact respectfully.
Inner Spirit reserves the right to remove a participant from a live session, community, or program for harassment, abusive behavior, deliberate disruption, unauthorized sharing of materials, or behavior that interferes with the experience or safety of others.
Technology & Third-Party Services
Inner Spirit uses third-party technology and service providers, which may include Kajabi, Zoom, email providers, payment processors, and other online platforms.
While we make reasonable efforts to provide reliable access, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party systems, internet connections, software, or technology outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inner Spirit and Mary Sue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your participation in or use of our website, courses, materials, live sessions, or other offerings.
You understand and agree that you participate voluntarily and remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
To the extent permitted by law, any total liability arising from your purchase or participation will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific offering giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page along with an updated revision date.
Your continued use of the website or our offerings after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
